About Vandana Tete
Vandana Tete belongs to the Kharia tribal community from Simdega district of Jharkhand. She is a writer, poet, publisher, activist and a strong advocate of the tribal philosophy ‘Adivasiyat’. She has given a new impetus to the tribal discourse through her writings and speeches given in literary and academic seminars across the country on community tribal life philosophy and aesthetics. Currently she is working with Jharkhandi Bhasha Sahitya Sanskriti Akhara and Pyara Kerketta Foundation Ranchi.
