About Sudhir John Horo
Sudhir John Horo is a designer whose work bridges creativity, policy, public and cultural diplomacy, and indigenous knowledge systems. He is the founder and convenor of the Tribal Design Forum, India’s first platform dedicated to indigenous designers and creative professionals, and the curator of TribalFutures, an international showcase of tribal imagination and innovation. Over two decades, he has conceptualised and led national and international initiatives, including INDIA Future of Change and INDIAFRICA: A Shared Future, which engaged global audiences in cultural diplomacy, design, and entrepreneurship. He has also designed the visual identities for InvestIndia and the India Pavilion at the World Expo 2020 Dubai. Currently, he serves as the Honorary Director of the Adivasi Academy, Tejgadh, Gujarat. Drawing on his Munda heritage, his work combines global design practices with indigenous epistemologies to shape ethical, inclusive futures.
