About Ramesh Kumar Dhurve
Ramesh Kumar Dhurwe hails from Nednar village in the Abujhmad region of Narayanpur district, Chhattisgarh — an area known for its dense forests and rich tribal heritage. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Forestry with a specialization in Forest Resource Management at Mahatma Gandhi Horticulture and Forestry University, Sankara (Patan), Durg.

He is particularly interested in community-based forest practices, learning from indigenous wisdom, and bridging scientific research with on-ground realities. Ramesh enjoys fieldwork and strives to contribute meaningfully to both ecological preservation and empowering local communities.
