About Naran Rathava
Naran Uked Rathava is working in the Vacha Museum of Adivasi Academy, Tejgadh. He has studied till M.A. Inspired by Dr. Ganesh Devy, he has contributed to the work of the National Consortium Tribal Art and Culture, which provides information about tribal communities living in different states of the country. He has recently released the book, Gujarat Swar Lekhan ane Bhavartha, Rathava Samaj Wedding songs and an audio CD titled ‘Toor’ with singer Smt. Prachi Duble. He has contributed an article about Rathvi and Tadvi languages in the Gujarat volume of the Peoples Linguistic Survey of India (PLSI), published by Bhasha Research and Publication Centre, Vadodara. Currently, he has completed an anthropological study of the Dungarabhil tribal community of the Naswadi-Kanwat area.
